Just talked with Randy and Melissa with an update from the men and the women. The men are totally focused today on getting the posts in the ground and inspected today so they will not have to delay for inspection till Monday. The rain is holding for them right now and they are hard at work and have been since dawn.
The Wabi-Sabi Women are cleaning the bathrooms and shower facilities and doing whatever needs to be done. There is alot to do.
They are asking that we pray for their physical strength and also mental and emotional strength to be able to continue the work without too much stress. Pray for God to show favor with the rain and allow them time to get some work done that cannot be done in the rain. Also pray that God will show favor in the insect department. Since there is alot of standing water there are alot of insects and that the repellant will work well and relief can be found for bites. Pray also for our plans at Lakeshore after this project is complete. Give us wisdom to make the right decisions about how the team is to proceed from here. Pray for the people of Lakeshore to have wisdom in the decisions they must make about building and the set-up of the campus.
Our next group will be leaving out this afternoon around 3:00pm. Pray for their safe journey there and that all needs are met. Pray for the bonding process going on within the team. May these roots grow deep and strong. Pray God will give each one a little touch today to brighten the circumstances. Remeber we are all part of this team even though we are not physically there we are praying and talking to the same God that is with them every second. Hope a good day is had by all and God's favor goes ahead wherever we may go.
